  • We offer remote support packages in automated logistics facility maintenance and operations.
  • We structured the package to have our engineers available to respond to remote support requests at agreed time for a yearly availability fee.
  • Actual intervention work in the case of support request is charged by the hour.

Back-Office Engineering Services

  • We offer back-office engineering support to our client.
  • Our engineers are able to provide engineering office work in the areas of Concept development, Mechanical Engineering, Controls Engineering, Project Management and support the development of project proposals and quotes.
  • We have two models for back-office work contract:
    • First model is that our engineers give a quote for the required work by the customer and once project approved, these hours listed in our quote are executed and billed.
    • Second model is to access back-office engineering support services through our comprehensive package deals.

On-Site Engineering Services

  • Our Engineers also travel to work on-site for our clients in the areas of Controls on-site support and commissioning, and site management.
  • On-site Engineering work is charged a higher rate than back-office work and is usually included separately in the quotes for projects. Another option is to access our on-site support services through our comprehensive package deals.

Comprehensive Package Deals

  • We offer our clients comprehensive package deals, which involve availability for remote support, remote support intervention, back-office engineering work, and on-site engineering work. The package ranges from 2,000 hrs. per year to 6,000 hrs. per year (we can negotiate larger workloads according to client’s needs.
  • The package is bought on a yearly base and the hours are freely allocated between our various services by the client.

  • In case our client has specialized R&D needs, we are very active in acquiring specialized talent according to client requirements, and we are able to offer their services for attractive rates and maintain close work relationship with the client.
